Jsou dny, kdy volím ze dvou cest
- trnitou nebo zarostlou kopřivami.
Co zbývá, než nechat se vést
a pochopit, co je za hvězdami,
co skrývá se za hvězdami.
Jedna mi srdce drásá
a druhá pálí, že bych se kůže vzdal.
Prý za vším se skrývá krása,
Ale já bych teď prostě spal...
… a doufal, že až se probudím,
bude to všechno za mnou,
že někde tam nahoře z milosti
kouzelným proutkem mávnou
a zmizí bolest,
a odejde strach.

Kudy se tedy mám dát,
když srdce pláče a rozum je zoufalý,
když nejradš' bych zůstal stát
a počkal, až se to převalí,
přese mě převalí...
Co ze mě potom zůstane?
Co ztratím, co získám, když se vzdám?
Možná se vůbec nic nestane,
možná se proměním,
že nepoznám se sám …
