Vítr si ve větvích stromů písničku píská
a kapky deště mu k tomu začaly hrát.
Kaluže plní se vodou, voda zní v miskách,
pramínky neposedné nechtějí stát.
Voda padá, z nebe padá,
Zem ji pije, zas je mladá,
větrem hnaná, roztančená,
nespoutaná - jako žena.
Nechám si vodou z nebe omývat vlasy,
dobrý déšť vezme všechno, co den dal.
V mracích se blýsklo – to možná na lepší časy
a hromy burácejí:„Začíná bál.“
Voda padá, z nebe padá,
Zem ji pije, zas je mladá,
větrem hnaná, roztančená,
nespoutaná - jako žena.
Kapky se na špičkách listů perlově třpytí,
v oparu měkce voní celý kraj.
Prvními okny v mracích slunce svítí
a louka tiše šeptá:
„Země je ráj, země je ráj ....
